ABSTRACT: An experimental research program has been undertaken to investigate the indentation response of an overconsolidated sensitive clay from Quebec. Tests results in terms types of indenters are compared to corresponding parameters deduced from standard geotechnical tests. Clay properties and tests details are fully described in the present paper.
