ABSTRACT: The purpose of this article is to use the information, communication technology and decision support for a technical-spatial evaluation of the sanitation infrastructure network in the under-equipped districts. This geolocalized technology has become one of the most effective tools for a better management of spatially referenced databases. This research also helps to understand the importance of the sanitation infrastructure network, and the design of sustainable and innovative solutions. It contributes to the understanding and assimilation of the planned sanitation scheme for the districts to be restructured, and downstream. It also represents a guide that will explain the impact of the sanitation scheme on the protection of the environment.

RÉSUMÉ: de cet article est l'utilisation de la technologie d'information et de communication et d'aide à la décision pour une évaluation technico- sous équipés.
